The first photo ...By all means, let's whine...<br /><br />The first photo of us just reminded me of how I used to look before my hips exploded too. I have been trying to watch what I eat now, but how do you count calories in a chapo? So the app I use to monitor my eating habits ("Lose it") can't tell me exactly how much I consume.<br /><br />Am with you on the exercise...but yoga is good. I did it once a week for 4 months. Unlike lifting weights and aerobics<--did that once, never again!>, it goes with your pace, and you feel yourself getting stronger and more fit. Do it regularly and you'll be good. I should probably take my advice too and resume. I bet you there are good YouTube videos of yoga (or a pirated P90X yoga dvd at your local cyber cafe ;p)<br /><br />Good luck to you...try them till you find what works for you!
